Explanation:

All the students of our institute are hereby informed that our school authority has decided to organize a Science quiz competition between class 6-12 on 13th December, Sunday, at 12noon to 3pm. The students who are interested to participate the competition are asked to submitted their name to the school secretary. There are two groups for competitors- one for junior and one for senior. Class 6-9 is junior group and class 10-12 are senior group. Four students can participate from a group. Your active participation and co-operation is highly solicited to make the program successful. For any other information students may contact the undersigned.
