To the manager,

Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this letter to you to discuss about the details regarding the picnic trip, i talked to you about earlier last week. I had already mentioned to you last time that my students and i will be visiting your venue in a picnic trip. I will be bringing in around 42 students, boys and girls and that's why i needed details regarding the available date, time as well as facilities which will be available. Considering that this is a picnic we will need a few necessities like cloth and table arrangements as well as basic facilities like restrooms, considering that this is a resort.

Also i wanted to know the required charges and that we will be there for an entire day and will depart in the evening, so kindly inform me with all the details as soon as possible.
