the week working in a local business of their choice.
Write an email to your friend about your work experience week.
In your email, you should:
• explain which type of business you worked in
• describe what you had to do each day
• say how this has helped you with your career plans.

I helped customers resolve their problems like for an instance a customer had to replace a phone because it was a defect

it helped me to handle pressure and get a gist of the work experience there..
