This is to inform that our schools is organizing a debate competition for classes from IX to XII, on October 15, 2017 in the school auditorium at 9:30 a.m. Student who are desirous to participate can give their names to their respective class teachers latest by October 8, 2017. The topics for the debate is: given below:

Living in a village or a town

 

The time limit allowed is 3 to 4 minutes.

This is to bring to your notice that we are organizing a debate for classes VIII to X as part of the activities of our English Literary Club. The debate will be held in our school auditorium on Friday, 13-Oct-2017 from 3 to 4.30 pm. We request the participation of at least two teams from each class – one team to speak for the topic and one for against. Interested students are kindly requested to enroll your names by Monday, 8-Oct-2017.


The details of the competition are:


Topic: Living in a village or town


Number of members in a team: 6 (3 for each side)


Debate time: 10 minutes (5 minutes to speak for the topic and 5 minutes to speak against)


Participants are requested to assemble in the auditorium by 2:45 pm.


The results will be announced the same day and prizes will be distributed during the Annual Day function.
