It was the 1st of September on my mother's 34th birthday my family decided to surprise my mom with anything that we could do and because the pandemic was around there was no way I could give my mom a present so my sister and I decided to manage the kitchen without her assistance as a small present from our side as it was her day and we wanted her to rest and enjoy it.

• For breakfast, my sister suggested us on making pancakes which were easy yet my mother's favorite. We decided that my sister was in charge of the gas stove and fire the entire time as she was well informed and elder to me too.

• My elder sister was good in the kitchen as she had gone to a few cooking classes with my mom forcefully. I followed every command of my sister and yet it was difficult for me because I was very new to the kitchen with a few good you-tube recipes and our hard work and coordination we were able to pull it off we made pancakes for breakfast, pasta for lunch and pizza for dinner.
• That was the day we understood the immense hard work that our mother had to do just to cook for us every day we were really satisfied because our mom was very happy and proud.
