every day. The Mission was declared for a month, but
since the response was overwhelming, so much so, that
it had to be extended when other societies joined in,

Tree Plantation Mission Organized

Keeping the spirit of Vanmahotsav alive with the ongoing tree plantation drive all across the country, a tree plantation mission was held by Nature Club in Green Grove last week. All members of the society enthusiastically participated in the mission and planted trees. 200 members of the society planted 5000 saplings of different species of trees. Addressing the gathering on the occasion, The Predient, Mr. Abhishek Thappar appealed to the residents to ensure the sapling's healthy nurturing. He appealed to them to adopt the saplings planted near their homes for the 100% survival and healthy growth of each sapling into full-fledged trees for creating purer environment in the society. The Mayor appreciated the president of the society, for the green initiative to make the society’s surroundings green.
