Your stomach contains hydrochloric acid but you don't experience any burn why?

Hy,
Our stomach releases HCl acid when the food that we eat goes to stomach to make it acidic. However, we don't experience any burning because the lining of stomach is made up of mucus which doesn't let the acid burn the stomach. Mucus lining neutralises the acid.

Here is your answer buddy,
Because hydrochloric acid is not same as the other harmful acids .we also have a sticky lining of mucous which prevent the burning sensation.
