Answer:
There is a good chance that your teacher is testing your honor, as well as the knowledge that you are supposed to have gained. Do your best, without cheating.
As a teacher, I can assure you that your teacher knows that a lot of students will try to cheat, and s/he has probably designed the assignment in a way that will make it obvious who has and who has not cheated. Teachers have seen every single type of cheating that you can imagine (and some that you can't imagine!) and they know how to recognize it.
Besides, actually knowing things is better than not knowing. There's no real benefit in cheating. Even if you get away with it, you learn nothing.
Hope that helps.
Immediate safeguarding and health and safety concerns should be raised.
There are no situations in which a teacher should leave a class of children (by which I mean up to 18) alone during time when they are supposed to be in their care. Under most normal best practise, the teacher should stay with the class regardless of the situation and consider other ways to do what they need to do outside it. This can involve using a phone to summon another member of staff, sending a student to take a message,
making use of any TAs in the room and so on.
a) you are not unsupervised and b) of course there is a way I can tell you are cheating. Even if we discount the hidden cameras and microphones,
