well speaking about how it affects India .

let me first introduce you to some facts regarding the bill.

it is for non citizen of India who are currently staying or desire or want to stay in India as a citizen of the country, applicable from the following 3 countries ( Bangladesh , Pakistan, Afghanistan).

it's focus is to make the citizens of above 3 Muslims majority countries , and it's So called oppressed minorities from the above three countries, Act covers six communities namely Hindu, Sikh, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christian , migrants. The period of stay for these people to become a citizen of country is 5 years.

But the people are opposing this act as it is excluding Muslim community( even some particular Muslims sects are oppressed in these countries) , the act is also degrading the countries social fabric of our country (India) that is a secular country and a democratic country , with all kinds of religion, communities , cultures.
