A and C should be the answer.

for equation x+y=3, x y pairs are (1,2), (2,1), (0,3), (3,0) ..

and equation x-y+3 = 0, (3,6), (-3, 0) ...

Diagonal is (2,4) then one of the vertex should be (3,6) or (2,1)
