Yuan Jantzen is a High School student. His teacher in MAPEH asks them to buy an
illustration board to be used in their Poster making activity tomorrow for their Health
subject. Upon passing by some stores, he was invited by the store owner to try their new product. The store is selling “therapeutic necklace” that can help to increase the blood flow
to the area of the body where the device is worn. It is also believed that the increase in blood
flow also helps to heal tissues faster. Yuan Jantzen was easily attracted and bought the
necklace for 200 pesos.
After several days, the teenager developed rashes and spots on his neck. He believed
that it came from the necklace that he bought. He wants to file a complaint to the store and
give back his money.

Answer:
1. What is the problem in the situation?
The problem is that Yuan Jantzen did not bother asking the merchant more questions about the product. He immediately bought it without thinking. Another thing is that the advertisement was sketchy. He could've been able to tell that it was some kind of scam.
2. Who can help with his problem?
It's already done and Yuan can't do anything to undo it. However, next time he can help himself by being a wise consumer and thinking before spending.
3. As a teenager, what would you do to tell other about this matter?
I would make sure to ask the merchant for proof that their products work and I would ask a lot of questions to avoid this.
