Explanation: He is in motion because ,Motion means the change in the position of an object with respect to time and its surroundings...We can clearly see the change in his position when he leaves the house and comes back..He also left in the morning and came back in evening,which means with respect to time...He left his house and went to his office, then he left his office and came back to his home ,which means with respect to his surroundings...
