 \\ \\ \large\underline{ \underline{ \sf{ \red{solution:} }}} \\ \\

 \\ \sf \: \frac{z}{3} + \frac{z - 6}{4} = 2 \\ \\

Cross multiplying , we get....

 \\ \\ \implies \sf \: \frac{4(z) + 3(z - 6)}{12} = 2 \\ \\ \\ \implies \sf \: \frac{4z + 3z - 18}{12} = 2 \\ \\ \\ \implies \sf \: 7z - 18 = 2 \times 12 \\ \\ \\ \implies\sf \: 7z - 18 = 24 \\ \\ \\ \implies \sf \: 7z = 24 + 18 \\ \\ \\ \implies\sf \: 7z = 42 \\ \\ \\ \implies\sf \: z = \frac{42}{7} \\ \\ \\ \sf \: \implies \orange{z = 6} \\ \\

Hence , z = 6
