_____✨ HEY MATE ✨_____

➡️Zener Diode is a form of semiconductor diode in which at a critical reverse voltage a large reverse current can flow.

➡️The applied d.c. voltage that prevents or greatly reduces current flow in a diode, transistor, etc.

The Zener diode is like a general-purpose signal diode.

When biased in the forward direction it behaves just like a normal signaldiode, but when a reverse voltage is applied to it, the voltage remains constant for a wide range of currents. Avalanche Breakdown: There is a limit for the reversevoltage.
