Answer ⇒ Option (C). Instrumentals Errors.

Explanation ⇒ All the zeroes Error which occurs in the measuring instruments is characterized as the Instrumental Errors.

Let us take an example of the Vernier Caliper.

In Vernier Caliper if the zero of the main scale does not coincides with the zero of the vernier scale then the errors is called as the Zero errors.

Zero Errors are also of two main types.

Positive Zero Errors.

Negative Zero Errors.

In the Given case, the zero of the voltmeter is not coinciding with the zero of the scale, therefore the errors i zero errors and hence characterized as Instrumental Errors.

Hope it helps.
