3x^2 + 4√3x + 4
=(√3x)^2 + 2×2×√3 + (2)^2
=(√3x + 2)^2

Therefore zeros of the polynomial are : -2÷√3

Answer:

3x²+4√3x+4

=3x²+2√3x+2√3x+4

=√3x(√3x+2)+2(√3x+2)

=(√3x+2)(√3x+2)

=>x=-2/√3,-2/√3

=>x=-2√3/3, -2√3/3 (rationalise)

Zeros= -2√3/3, -2√3/3

Hope it helps u.....^_^
