Given:-

  • The Polynomial p(x) = 7-6x

To Find:-

  • The Zero of the Polynomial

Solution :-

Zero of the Polynomial p (x) = 0

  • Let the Polynomial p(x) = 0

So,

  • 7-6x = 0

  • -6x = -7

  • -x = -7/-6

  • x = 7/6

 \bold{ \red{zero =  \frac{7}{6} }{} }{}

Verification :-

Let us insert the value of x = 7/6 on the Polynomial p(x)

 \bold{ \red{p(x) = 7 - 6 \times  \frac{7}{6} }{} }{}

Both 6 and 7 are cancelled hence = 0
