Let p(x) be the given polynomial.

p(x)=x²-2x-3

We know that,

p(x)=0

→x²-2x-3=0

→x²-3x+x-3=0

→x(x-3)+1(x-3)=0

→(x-3)(x+1)=0

→x=3 or -1

The zeros of the polynomial be 3 and -1

The correct option is (iii).
