The given polynomial is: P(x)=x2+3x-(a+2)(a-1)

Zeros of the polynomial obtained by taking P(x)=0

x2+3x-(a+2)(a-1)=0

x2 + (a+2)x - (a-1)x - (a+2)(a-1) = 0

x[x+a+2] - (a-1)[x+a+2]=0

[x+a+2][x - (a-1)] = 0

x=-(a+2) or x=a-1

Hence, the zeros of the polynomial are (a+2) and (a-1).
