The zeroes of an equation can be obtained by equating the equation to zero.
 Thus the zeroes of p(x) are -7, 9

zeroes of p(x)= (x+7)(x-9)...


(x+7)

= (x+7)=0.
x=-7...

(x-9)

= x-9=0.
x==9.
