Hi ,

f( x ) = x² - 8

To find zeroes of f( x ) , we have to take

f( x ) = 0

x² - 8 = 0

x² = 8

x = ± √8

x = ± 2√2

Therefore ,

2√2 , - 2√2 are two zeroes of f( x ).

Option ( B ) is correct.

I hope this helps you.

Hi friend!!

Given f(x)=x²-8

=(x+2√2)(x-2√2)

zeros of the polynomial are the values for which the given polynomial is equal to zero.

Therefore -2√2,2√2 are the zeros of the polynomial.

(b) is the correct option.

I hope this will help u ;)
