Answer:

x²-56x+108

= x²-54x-2x+108 [by middle term splitting]

=x(x-54)-2(x-54)

=(x-54)(x-2)

= the zeroes are x=54,x=2

ans. is : the zeros of the given polynomial are both positive - (2,54)

Step-by-step explanation:

x²-56x+108

1x108=108

factors of 108 whose addition/substraction will be -56: 2,54

x²-54x-2x+108

x²(x-54)-2(x-54)

therefore, the factors of the polynomial are (x-2) and (x-54)

therefore the zeros are (2,54)

both positive!
