This reaction would indeed be a single-replacement reaction as stated by Lorenzo, but Zinc would not replace sodium in this reaction because sodium is higher than zinc in the reactivity series shown below.
However, zinc can still replace another element in this reaction(Hydrogen). So replacing zinc with hydrogen produces sodium zincate and hydrogen gas

When Zinc reacts with conc. Sodium hydroxide then a single displacement reaction takes place and a salt namely Sodium Zincate formation takes place as a product with the evolution of hydrogen gas.
Zn + NaOH -------› Na2ZnO2 + H2
