This is an oxidation-reduction(redox) reaction:

Zn0 - 2 e- → ZnII(oxidation)

2 AgI + 2 e- → 2 Ag0

Heya

Here is the answer ⤵⤵

⏪ When zinc ( Zn ) reacts with a solution of Silver Nitrate, then Zinc ( being a more reactive element ) displaces less reactive ( Ag ) element from its solution.

⏪ The whole equation is as follows ⤵⤵
Zn + 2AgNO3 ---------> Zn( NO3 ) 2 + 2 Ag.

⏪ This is a type of displacement reaction in which Zn( No3 ) 2 and metallic silver is obtained.
