GIVEN:- series, 0,0,7,6,14,12,21,18,28

and we have to find 15th term

as I observe there are two(2) series

1. 0,7,14,21,28....
2. 0,6,12,18,....

so, in series one 5 terms are there

in which a = 0 & d = 7 it means series is in a.p.

now, in series two 4 terms are there

in which a = 0 & d = 6 therefore this series is also in a.p.

so, we have to find 15th term already 9th terms and 6th more terms are needed to find 15th terms.

basically there is no need of use a.p. because it's short term.

if they ask to find 59 or 60 terms so we have to use a.p.(means arithmetic progression).

now,

1. 0,7,14,21,28,35,42,49
2. 0,6,12,18,24,30,36

now, 15th terms is, 8 term from 1 series

and 7 term's from 2 series from starting

now,make it to original series,

we get, 0,7,6,14,12,21,18,28,24,35,30,42,36,49.

hence, 15th term is 49.
