∴ Finial velocity (v)=-4m/S

now, Change in momentum=10(10-(-4)) = 140

impulse=m×a×t

So, a=impulse÷(m×t)

=140÷(0.1× 2)

= 140÷0.2

=700m/s^2

Thus, the acceleration produced in it is 700m/s^2.
