0.24g of a volatile substance upon vapourisation. gives 45 ml vapour .what will be the vapour density of the substance?

vapor density =  mass / volume = 0.24 gms / 45 ml = 5.333 milligms / cc.
            = 5.333 gms/ litre = 5.333 kg /cubic meter
    but  pressure and temperature are not specified, which the volatile material has this density.

wgt of h2=o.o89*45/1000

vapour density=wgt of gas/wgt of h2

=.24/0.088*45/1000

=59.73
