Perimeter of rhombus is 20cm
   Hence the length of side =20/4= 5 cm
Let the Rhombus be ABCD.
   1. Draw line  using scale and mark AB=5 cm
   2. At A draw angle OAB = 70 degree using protractor.
   3. Mark point D on AO using compass where AD=5 cm
   4. Using D and B as centers draw arcs with radius 5 cm .
   5. Let the arcs intersects at C.
   6. Join DC and BC  to get Rhombus ABCD.

The cyclical  quadrilateral Rhombus has all its sides equal.  The angles (opposite) are equal.  Adjacent angles are supplementary (sum to 180 deg).

Side = perimeter / 4 = 5 cm

The two different Angles are : 70 deg and 180 - 70 = 110 deg.

1. Draw a line segment AB horizontally of length 5 cm.
2. Draw a line segment (from A) at an angle of 70 deg to AB using a protractor.  Measure 5 cm from A on this line and mark it as C.  Or, using a compass draw an arc with radius 5 cm with center as A to cut this inclined line at point C.

3. Draw a line segment from B at angle of 110 deg to AB, on the same side as AC.

4. Now using a compass draw an arc with radius 5 cm to cut the inclined line at D.

Join ABCD, to get the Rhombus.
