A sequence is said to be an AP if they have a common difference between them(i.e the difference between succesive elements are equal for every element)

First term(a1)=0.3

Second term(a2)=0.33

difference=a2-a1=0.33-0.3=0.03

Third term(a3)=0.333

difference=a3-a2=0.333-0.33=0.003

So a2-a1 is not equal to a3-a2.

Hence the sequence is not AP

Hope this helps :)
