4( \frac{7x - 1}{x} ) - 8( \frac{7x - 1}{x} ) + 3 = 0 \\  =  >  \frac{28x - 4}{x}  -  \frac{56x - 8}{x}  + 3 = 0 \\  =  >  \frac{28x - 4 - (56x - 8) + 3x}{x}  = 0 \\  =  >  \frac{28x - 4 - 56x + 8 + 3x}{x}  = 0 \\  =  >  \frac{31x - 56x + 4}{x}  = 0 \\  =  >  - 25x + 4 = 0 \\  =  > 2x = 4 \\  =  > x =  \frac{4}{25}
