member of ICSI. He has no working experience. Rajiv is only a commerce graduate.

a) Who is better suited for the above post? Justify your answer.
b) Can Rajiv be selected as a Personal Assistant for one of the Directors?
c) Can Rajiv be appointed as Secretary to Pharma India Pvt. Ltd.?

In my opinion
a) Sanjiv is suitable for the role of secretary of Pharma India Pvt. Ltd as he has proper education that must may be compulsory for the position of the secretary and he will have the potential and understands the SOP that is used by the secretaries of the reputable firms.
Whereas, despite of the fact that rajiv had served as a Secretary in bank but his knowledge is limited to things he had experience and do not have much theoretical knowledge.
b) Rajiv can be selected as personal assistant because he has experience of 10 years as personal secretary and he may know well about how to obey orders of the boss and can be helpful in providing suggestions.
c) Yes, why not?
He can be pointed if he posses that characteristics required for the post and is capable of handling the responsibility and if he is more competitive then those having proper CS examination and if he has full grip on the field.
