The Y axis

Why you ask? Bcuz the x coordinate is 0 and the y coordinate is 4 so the point will be located at 4 units above the origin and still on the y axis.

hope this helps

The point ( 0, 4) is located on the y - axis in between in first quadrant on cartesian plane. A Cartesian plane is defined by two perpendicular number lines, x - axis which is horizontal, and y - axis or which is vertical. The point where both perpendicular number line intersect, called origin(0,0).
