0.9% sodium chloride solution is good and balanced to RBC. A lab technician accidentally places a sample of RBC’s in 1.8% sodium chloride solution. What happens? Why?

1.8% NaCl solution is more concentrated than RBC. And thus then RBC is placed in 1.8% of NaCl solution the water inside RBC comes out due to exosmosis and becomes flaccid
