Now,

Sum of zeroes = 0 + 7
                        = 7

Product of zeroes = 0 * 7
                             = 0

Now,
 the formula equation is = $x^{2}$ - (sum of zeroes)x + product of zeroes

so, 
equation = $x^{2}$ - 7x + 0

so, the answer or the required equation is - 

$x^{2}$ - 7x
