the 60 questions does she need to
answer correctly for her score in the

Total number of questions s in the test = 150.

Given that she scored 40% of the first 90 questions correctly .

So bo. of questions correctly answered = 40/100 × 90 = 36.

Let the no. of questions of 60 to be correctly answered be x .

So , 36 + x / 150 × 100 = 60.

=> 36 + x = 60 × 150 / 100.

=> 36 + x = 90.

=> x = (90 - 36 ).

Therefore x = 54.

Therefore % of questions out of 60 she needs to do correct

= (54/60 × 100)%

= 90%.

Therefore she needs to solve 90% of the questions correctly.
