Only the solution of 0.1 M NaCl (salt of a strong acid and a strong base) will not show any change in pH on dilution, as it is completely neutral with a pH value of 7.

Both NH4COOCH3 and NH4OH are weak electrolytes, and their degree of ionization and pH values change with dilution.

0.01 M H2SO4 is completely ionized in solution, but its pH value will increase to 6-7 when its concentration becomes very low.
