The road leading to the Hindustan school is very congested all hours of the day. it is one of the busiest road of the city, but it is full of patholes everywhere. shopkeepers on both sides have encroached upon a good part of the road. it has increased congestion all the more. The situation become horrible during morning hours when people are hurrying to their places of work. there are two big schools situated on this road. students and parents are often caught in traffic jams which gives them a lot of mental tension.
several representation have been made to the government, but nothing has been done so far to improve the condition of the road. now we seek to draw the government's attention through this letter in the column of your paper.
it is heard that the city corporation is having a dispute with the telegraph department over the repair of this road. but how is the common man concerned with this dispute? why should he be made to suffer for no fault of his?
