3 men and 6 women complete a work in 6 days.
This means the work takes 3*6 = 18 man days and 6*6 = 36 woman days.

4 men and 5 women complete the same work in 5 days.
This means the work takes 4*5 = 20 man days and 5*5 = 25 woman days.

difference in man days : 20-18 = 2
difference in woman days : 25-36 = -11

So adding 2 man days decreased the woman days by 11. Thus, \boxed{2} men are equal to 11 women for this job.

let productivity of a man = M  amount / day
let productivity of a woman = W   amount / day

total work amount = W = (3 M + 6 W) /day * 6 days
                                     = (4 M +  5 W) /day * 5 days
              => 18 M + 36 W = 20 M + 25 W
              =>  11 W = 2 M

Hence, 11 women do the same amount of work as 2 men do.
