You need to make rules to convince your class mates or just simply show the m what wrong they are doing. Tell them the importance or the need of conserving energy

I've written my project here so you can easily make your English project

                English Project

Question- Often when students leave their class to go to the library or playground, they do not switch off lights or fans. The taps are left on in washrooms. With your partner, discuss how you can convince your classmates that they should be more responsible about this.

Teacher – Children, we are going to the Playground, make a line and silently head to the playground

Children – OK, teacher *makes a line and goes*

Me – Hey John, did you turn the lights off?

John – No, it’s not my job! The monitor was supposed to do it.

Me – John, it’s not anybody’s Job! Everyone must have the least knowledge about how valuable Electricity truly is!

John – Shut up! It’s School’s money that is being wasted why should I care?

Me – You would care when Electricity bills are touching the sky, we should save electricity for the natural resources are being wasted like coal, petroleum, etc.

John – Ok, why are you lecturing me, everyone is equally guilty, right?

Me – You are partially right, everyone who went outside the classroom before turning lights, and fans is responsible for this.

John – we should do something about the lack of awareness in these naïve children!

Me – you are exactly right, what should we do?

John – we should talk to the teacher to screw some things in those dumb heads of theirs!

Me – but the children are too careless to even listen to our sayings, we should do it more creatively, maybe on the stage, so more children can understand how valuable electricity is.

John – Yeah, like a performance, something like that

Me – Yeah, we should totally ask the teacher about it, after we go to the playground.

John and Me - *goes to the principal office after going to the playground and discussing the ideas*

Principal – You children are very considerate and smart, we should spread awareness about the importance of electricity and non-renewable resources, so we can use electricity in the future like we are doing in the Present. I am glad that the future of the country is in the hand of children like you
