L.H.S

1/ (1+ tan^2 thetha) + 1/ (1+cot^2thetha)

1/(sec^2thetha) + 1/ (cosec^2thetha)

(cos^2 thetha) + (sin^2thetha) = 1 R.H.S

Hence L.H.S = R.H.S
