Here is ur answer,

 =  >  \frac{1}{2 \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{7} }

 =  >  \frac{1}{2 \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{7} }  \times  \frac{2 \sqrt{3}  - 7}{2 \sqrt{3} - 7 }

 =  >  \frac{2 \sqrt{3} - 7 }{12 - 7}

 =  >  \frac{2 \sqrt{3} - 7 }{5}
