$A\subset B$ : A is subset of B. means, all elements of set A are elements of set B.

$A\not\subset B$ : A is not subset of B. means, all elements of setA are not elements of set B.

now come to the question.
Let us assume that A = {1, 2, 3} and B = {1, 3, 5},
Now, we can observe that 2 belongs to A but 2 does not belongs to B.
Thus, A $\not\subset$ B
∴ The statement is false.
