first of all, you should understand what is the meaning of A\subset B and A\not\subset B ?
A\subset B : A is subset of B. means, all elements of set A are elements of set B.

A\not\subset B : A is not subset of B. means, all elements of set A are not elements of set B.

now come the question,
Let us assume that A = {a, e} and
B = {x: x is a vowel in the English alphabets}
={a, e, i, o, u}
Now, we can observe that every element of A is an element of B.
Thus, A\subset B
∴ The statement is true.
