The answer to this question is (b) the Formation of the image of an object in front of the retina.

Myopia is a condition in which the image is formed in front of the retina. In this condition, the person is unable to faraway objects clearly. Myopia is also known as near-sightedness. It can be caused early on in life usually before the end of teenage. It is very much possible that the child has myopia if anyone within the close family has it.

It can be cured by using concave lenses of suitable power. These lenses are diverging in nature and hence, the image is formed at the retina instead of in front of the retina.
