We know that,

Sum of 2 even numbers & sum of two odd numbers is always even,.

& also

Sum of an odd number & an even number is always odd,.

(3 + 4 = 7 , 5 + 8 = 13,etc)

Hence,.

We know that given set of numbers all are odd numbers,.

So,

Sum of 2 odd number is even &

If we add another odd number, the sum becomes an odd number,.

We know that 30 is even number,.

Hence,

There is no possibilities for the sum of 3 numbers to be 30,.

If you can only use three of the numbers this is impossible.

They are all odd numbers.

odd+odd+odd=odd, not even and 30 is even

odd+odd=even and even+odd=odd

However,....

If you use some tricks like the following you can do this...

(15)+(5)+(11-1)=30

(3!)+(9)+(15)=30 (3!=3*2*1=6)

(11+1)+(3)+(15)=30

use the 9 upside down !!!

(6)+(9)+(15)=30

(3+7)+(9+1)+(15-5)=30

and so on...
