if 1=40birds and 3=1birds 5=1bird and 100=100birds means 40+60=100

HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER FIRST ,we take two coin of $1 it gives 40+40 birds and seconfly,we take 19 coins of $5 which will gives 19 more birds and third, we will take one coin of $3 which will give 1 bird..
##$5=19 coins=95 rupee=19 birds
##$1+$1=2 coins of $1=40+40=80 birds
##$3=1 rupee=1 birds.
@@$(95+2+3)=(19+80+1)birds
