So mass of lime is equal to 160kg.
hope you understand.
If not then simply

lime+sand +cement=mortar

lime+60%+30%=mortar

so lime is 10% in mortar.
=10×1. ×1600 kg

sand = 60%
cement= 30%
rest is lime

sand + cement = 60+30 = 90%
lime = 100 - 90 = 10%

mass of lime in coaltar = 1600 × 10/100 = 160kg

Mass of lime is 160kg.
