(x1,y1) is (-1,7)

(x2,y2) is (4,-3)

m1=2

m2=3

x = m1x2+m2x1/m1+m2

= (2×4)+(3×-1)/(2+3) = (8-3)/5

= 5/5 = 1

y = m1y2+m2y1/m1+m2

= (2×-3)+(3×7)/(2+3) = (-6+21)/5

= 15/5 = 3

So, the point is (1,3)
