Answer:

A black coat appears black because it absorbs all the wavelengths of visual light that fall on it and no light is reflected into the eye from that object. It is because of this that black clothes become hotter on a sunny day that white ones

Under coloured lights, the objects seems to appear in black and be the same colour. In fact, the objects can absorb by most of the light and reflected back. The colour of the light can be disappears and body turns back at yellow colour.

Pure yellow pigments absorb blue light. Pure green pigments absorb magenta light (which can be thought of as a combination of red and blue light).
