Answer:

Amount spent for 10 tables = 10 × 90 = 900

Amount spent for 15 chairs = 15 × 75 = 1125

Amount spent for transport = 50

Total amount spent = 900 + 1125 + 50 = 2075

Total no.of chairs and tables = 10 + 15 = 35

Amount recieved by the dealer by selling at 88 rupees per item

= 35 × 88 = 3080

Amount recieved is greater than the amount the dealer spent. So, the dealer gets a gain.

Gain = 3080 - 2075 = 1005

Therefore, The gain of the dealer = ₹1005
